2025 Senior Representative Program
Calling all high school students in Salt Lake County and Utah County who will be graduating in 2025! This program is for you!
What is a Senior Rep?
A senior rep is a high school junior or senior who promotes their R Wittwer Photography photo session experiences with friends and family on social media or by word-of-mouth in return for some great perks! Guys and girls are both welcome in my program!
I decided to start this program because I want to give back to my amazing clients. So, instead of spending money on ads and marketing, I am giving you, my senior representatives, prizes (including cash!) for sharing about me!
Who can apply?
If you are a high school student who will graduate in 2025 in Salt Lake County and Utah County, this program could be a great fit for you!!
I am looking for people who are outgoing (or can be outgoing :), people who enjoy life, like to make new friends and hang out, like to explore and adventure, etc! One of the biggest things is that you are active on social media and willing to post.

What you will receive:
- Edited, digital photos from all of your sessions.
- Complimentary session in spring/early summer of 2024. 30-minute session with optional outfit change, and your pick of location from my guide!
- Session in summer/early fall 2024. This will be a 2-hour session, with the option of focusing on your extracurriculars and sports for the second hour! Outfit changes, multiple locations, and more.
- Access to summer and fall 2024 booking dates before anyone else.
- Big group photo shoot, complete with HMUAs, at a location decided on by the reps! Summer 2024.
- Winter group party with food, games, and fun!
- Grad celebration as a group in spring of 2025
- New friends!!

What you can unlock:
But wait! There's more!! One of your main tasks as a senior rep for R Wittwer Photography is to share about my business through your photos on social media or with your friends and family. When you refer someone to me who books a session, you will receive these perks:
- 10% of their package amount in cash or on a gift card of your choice! (you will average about $45 per referral!)
- With your 5th referral, you will receive a one-time bonus of $100 cash or gift card!
- With your 7th referral, you will receive a 30-minute cap and gown session for the spring of 2025!
- When you hit 10 referrals, you will receive a one-time bonus of $250 cash or gift card!
- Discounted family sessions for your family!
You will receive more mystery goodies throughout, but this gives you a taste of what you can expect.
All of these perks are valued at more than $2150! You'll get it for just $600!

Rachel is the best. Neither my friend or I have had much experience with getting pictures done so we didn’t really know what to expect. But, she made us feel so comfortable which resulted in such great pictures. She clearly knows what she is doing and I love every single picture I got back. Rachel was wonderful to work with. She did senior pictures for my daughter last year. My daughter is quite camera shy and Rachel really helped her to feel comfortable around her and the camera (which hasn’t happened in years). Rachel is an amazing photographer and the pictures she took turned out beautiful! She did a great job capturing my daughter’s personality. I love the pictures!

What you will do:
The number one thing is to just be your authentic self!! This shouldn't cause you stress or overwhelm. You will post your photos from each of our sessions on social media and promote my photography services. You will also talk to your friends and family about booking a photo session.
Basically, just be my hype-person! :)
What you can't do:
Please don't post any other photos from other photographers during the time that you are a senior representative. If you are interested in photo sessions from multiple photographers, this might not be the right program for you. That doesn't mean I wouldn't love to be your photographer, though! :) I also ask that you be and tactful with your social media use and interactions.

Short answer is no, they are not required. But, they will be super fun and provide you with more great photos! I can share important info that was discussed at the meetings with you, but unfortunately there will not be an opportunity to make up the missed photo shoot.

How much does it cost to participate in the Senior Rep Program?
After you submit your application, I'll send you a link to schedule a phone call for us to get to know each other a little bit, answer any questions you might have, and give you a few more details about the program! Then, you'll receive your contract and invoice to sign and pay the retaining fee, along with my scheduler to schedule your spring session. After that, I'll send you an invite to our introductory meeting/party/photo shoot!

How much does it cost to participate in the Senior Rep Program?
Not at all. :) Most seniors I've booked sessions with (and let's be honest, most people) haven't had much experience with getting professional photos taken. So! Don't worry about knowing how to pose. I will give you as much direction as you need. I can pose you, give you prompts, or let you do your own thing if you feel comfortable!

How much does it cost to participate in the Senior Rep Program?
With each senior session, you will receive an outfit guide, location guide, 40+ digital photos, and a personalized process to make sure your session is uniquely YOU! I will be available every step of the way, from picking an outfit to posing to explaining how to navigate the gallery.

How much does it cost to participate in the Senior Rep Program?
You will receive about 40+ photos per hour session. That means for your two hour session, you'll get around 80+! I will choose the best of the photos I take at the session to edit. Then, I will upload your photos to an online gallery and send you a link and the download code to your email. You can download them in high resolution and web size, create favorites lists, and even purchase prints or cards!

How much does it cost to participate in the Senior Rep Program?
It only costs $730 to become a Senior Rep! That is the same price as a single 2-hour session, but you are getting so much more with it. Like I said above, each spot in the program is valued at over $2150!
After our phone call, you will receive a contract and invoice. You will need to sign the contract and pay at least the $250 retaining fee to solidify your spot, just like you would need to do for a regular session booking. The rest of your payment will be due two before our first session!
